MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT – TERMS AND CONDITIONS (GLOBAL)
1. INTRODUCTION
Welcome to SEVEN. These Terms & Conditions govern your membership at any SEVEN Wellness Club worldwide. By registering, visiting our clubs or using our services, you agree to follow these Terms, alongside all internal policies shared through the SEVEN+ app and on our website.
From time to time, these Terms may be updated. The latest version will always be available online. Your continued use of SEVEN facilities confirms acceptance of the most current Terms. All clubs operate in accordance with local laws.
2. OPENING HOURS
Each club’s opening hours are displayed on-site and in the SEVEN+ app.
Hours may vary, and SEVEN may temporarily close areas for maintenance, cleaning, private events or repairs. No refunds or compensation are provided for temporary closures.
3. ACCESS TO THE CLUB
Access is reserved for active members only. Guests may enter only when explicitly permitted. Members must use the SEVEN+ app for entry and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. Sharing accounts is strictly prohibited.
A valid passport or government-issued ID is required at registration.
Members who use locker bracelets are responsible for their safe keeping. Lost or damaged bracelets incur a replacement fee of AED 200 or the local equivalent.
Minors may enter only where permitted and must always be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
4. MINORS
Minors are not permitted in gym areas. Where access is allowed, the accompanying guardian is fully responsible for the minor’s conduct, safety and behaviour.
5. MEMBERSHIPS
Membership plans vary by location and define the services and access included.
Members are expected to follow all Terms and club policies.
Annual memberships include 28 freeze days per year, managed exclusively through the SEVEN+ app. Freeze days are fixed, non-transferable and cannot be extended.
6. PERSONAL TRAINING & REFERRALS
Only SEVEN-approved Personal Trainers are permitted to train members inside the club. Approved trainers hold a PT Membership, and their status can be confirmed directly through the SEVEN+ app.
Members are fully responsible for any training arrangements they choose to enter into.
SEVEN is not responsible or liable for any agreements, payments, outcomes, injuries or issues arising from working with any trainer, whether approved or non-approved.
Referral rewards are issued only when all campaign criteria are met. All referrals must be submitted through the SEVEN+ app to be eligible. SEVEN may withhold incentives if Terms are not followed.
7. MEMBER CONDUCT
SEVEN is a shared environment built on respect, comfort and personal space.
Members are expected to behave in a considerate and socially acceptable manner at all times.
The following behaviours are not permitted under any circumstances:
-Harassing, badgering or intimidating any member, guest or employee
-Antagonising, taunting or verbally abusing others
-Threatening behaviour, physical contact or aggressive conduct
-Indecent, unsportsmanlike or disruptive actions
-Invasion of personal space or any behaviour that compromises safety or comfort
SEVEN reserves the right to remove individuals from the club immediately, suspend or cancel memberships, limit access or notify authorities if behaviour is deemed inappropriate, unsafe, unlawful or in violation of any SEVEN policy.
Your behaviour shapes the atmosphere of the club. Every member is expected to contribute to an environment that feels calm, respectful and safe for all.
8. GENERAL CLUB RULES
Please follow all staff instructions.
Phones must be muted in training areas.
Appropriate workout attire and closed footwear are required.
Use a towel while training and clean equipment after use.
The following are not allowed in gym areas:
-Smoking or vaping
-Eating meals
-Drinking anything other than water
-Public nudity
-Filming or photographing other members without consent
-Use of phones or cameras in ladies-only areas
Spa and pool rules:
-Flip-flops and bathing caps are required where posted
-Proper swimwear must be worn
-Diving is not permitted
Members use all facilities at their own risk. SEVEN is not liable for lost, stolen or damaged personal items.
Lockers are for daily use unless otherwise stated. Overnight storage is not permitted except in Platinum lockers.
Commercial, promotional, religious or unauthorised training activities require written permission.
Misconduct may result in suspended access or cancellation of membership.
9. PARKING
Valet or VIP parking may be available depending on the location.
Keys must be handed to valet staff. Self-parking in valet areas is not permitted.
Overnight parking is not allowed.
SEVEN is not responsible for loss, damage or theft involving vehicles.
10. BOOKINGS & CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations must be made through the SEVEN+ app within the required timeframes:
-Classes: minimum 12 hours before start time
-Wellness services: minimum 24 hours before
Late cancellations or repeated no-shows may result in booking restrictions.
Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
11. FEES & PAYMENTS
All fees include applicable local taxes. Payments must be made using accepted credit or debit cards. Members are responsible for ensuring their payment details are accurate at the time of purchase.
All memberships and packages are paid upfront.
Memberships do not renew automatically.
When a membership term ends, members may choose to purchase a new plan through the SEVEN+ app or at the club.
Pricing may change from time to time in line with local laws.
12. DATA PRIVACY

13. HEALTH DECLARATION
By becoming a member, you confirm that you are medically fit to use SEVEN facilities and accept full responsibility for your health while doing so.
SEVEN is not liable for injuries or conditions resulting from undisclosed health issues or preexisting conditions.
14. ASSUMPTION OF RISK
Use of gym and wellness facilities carries inherent risks.
SEVEN is not responsible for injury, illness or property loss unless directly caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.
15. COMPLAINTS
Feedback, suggestions or complaints may be submitted through the SEVEN+ app or by emailing hello@seven.club.
All concerns are reviewed in accordance with local laws, and we aim to respond promptly.
16. PHOTO & VIDEO USAGE
By entering any SEVEN facility, you acknowledge that photography or videography may be captured during events or activities.
These images may be used in SEVEN communications or marketing without the need for additional consent.
17. MULTIPLE ACCOUNTS
Each member may hold only one SEVEN account under a single phone number.
Creating duplicate or false accounts is prohibited and may result in suspension or cancellation.
18. REFUNDS AND RE-SUBSCRIPTION
SEVEN does not offer refunds beyond the legal cancellation period applicable in the country of purchase.
If a refund is approved within the legal timeframe, the member will not be eligible to re-subscribe for one year from the date of cancellation.
19. SEVERABILITY
If any clause in these Terms is found invalid under local law, all remaining clauses remain in full effect.
